Trophy giveaway rules

Charitable organization “Charitable foundation “Freedom, Then Peace” (“Foundation”) and historical popular science project WAS (“WAS”) (collectively - "Organizers”) announce a charitable giveaway.

 

Organizers will give away trophies earned by Ukrainian Army - russian night vision riffle scope 1ПН141-1 and russian digital radio station Р-187-П1 “Gamble.” The giveaway will be made between donors who donate to the Foundation at www.freedomthenpeace.org.

 

Purpose of the giveaway

 

Organizers will direct the raised funds to purchase and deliver DJI Mavic 3 drones for Ukrainian Army. Organizers will select pricing, delivery and purchase order at their sole discretion.

 

Giveaway mechanics

 

The giveaway launches at 12.00, March 18th, Kyiv time and closes at 23.59, March 27th Kyiv time.

 

To participate in the giveaway, donors must:

  • donate more than UAH 500, $15 or €15 (“Minimum amount”); and

  • leave their contact details (phone number or e-mail) in payment description.

 

Donors can make larger donations than the Minimum amount - this will proportionally increase their chances to win. For example, a donation of $45 will be counted as three donations; donation of $450 will be counted ten times. However, a donation of, for example, $20 will be counted only once.

 

Night vision riffle scope 1ПН141-1 will go to a donor selected by a randomizer taking into account amounts of donations from each donor. A donor who makes the largest donation will get digital radio station Р-187-П1 “Gamble.” Results will be published on March 28th on WAS Facebook page.

 

Trophies will be delivered to winners only in Ukraine by Nova Poshta. Organizers will cover delivery costs.

 

Other conditions

 

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the giveaway:

  • donors who cannot receive trophies in Ukraine by Nova Poshta;

  • donors who fail to leave their contact details;

  • donors who make donations after the giveaway closes;

  • Organizers, their teams, family members of their teams.

Same person cannot win both trophies.

 

Organizers must contact the winners to complete the giveaway. Donor’s participation will automatically expire if he/ she does not get in touch with Organizers by March 31st, 2023. In this event, Organizers will select another winner according to these rules.

 

Trophies are given only for souvenir purposes. Organizers disclaim any warranties or merchantability and quality of the trophies. For security reasons, Organizers advise that winners do not use the trophies for any other purposes.

 

Organizers may change these rules at any time.

 

These rules are made in Ukrainian and English. Ukrainian version will prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the languages.
